How We (Smoothly) Take a Website or App from Strategy to Launch
Launching a website or application can easily turn into chaos — bloated timelines, endless revisions, and a messy handoff between design and development. We built Push Refresh to do things differently.

By keeping our team lean and working closely with our partners, we’re able to take projects from initial strategy to launch quickly, efficiently, and without sacrificing quality. Here’s a behind-the-scenes look at how we make it happen.
Phase 1: Strategy & Structure
Every successful launch starts with clarity. Before we even open a design file, we dive deep into your brand, users, and goals. Then we map out a clear content structure and user flow — typically starting with low-fidelity wireframes.
This early collaboration ensures that every screen, page, and interaction serves a real purpose. No bloated features. No guesswork.
Deliverables typically include:
Sitemap or app flow
Low-fidelity wireframes
Initial content or feature strategy
Phase 2: High-Fidelity Design
Once the foundation is set, we move into high-fidelity design — building out polished layouts that bring your brand and product to life.
We focus on thoughtful UX/UI, clean visual systems, and intentional design that makes development smoother down the line. Every color, type choice, and interaction is considered not just for aesthetics, but for function.
Because we handle both design and development in-house, we're constantly designing with the end build in mind — reducing friction, saving time, and creating a tighter final product.
Deliverables usually include:
Full desktop and mobile designs (or app screens)
Animation and interaction guidelines
Scalable design systems
Phase 3: Development & Buildout
Once designs are approved, we move into development — bringing everything to life with clean, efficient builds.
Depending on the project needs, we build in Webflow, Framer, or through custom development. Both Webflow and Framer allow us to create highly custom websites and apps with the flexibility to scale, iterate, and update easily. Where needed, we integrate custom animations, JavaScript interactions, and CMS structures for dynamic content.
Regardless of the platform, we focus on clean code, fast performance, and an end product that’s easy for your team to manage long after launch.
Deliverables usually include:
Full development in Webflow, Framer, or custom code
CMS and dynamic content setup
Custom animations and interactions
Built-in SEO and performance optimization
Phase 4: QA & Launch
Before any site or app goes live, it goes through a thorough quality assurance process — cross-browser testing, mobile responsiveness checks, and performance optimization.
We collaborate closely with your team during final review rounds to make sure everything looks and feels just right. Once approved, we manage the launch, provide training if needed, and ensure a seamless handoff.
Deliverables typically include:
Full QA across browsers and devices
SEO checks and performance audits
Launch support and post-launch monitoring
Optional training for internal updates
